Garmin Express Server Error

I have had the Garmin Vivosmart for about 6 weeks. I have had lots of trouble getting the heart rate monitor to work. I still have never got it working. While trying to follow some suggestions from other posts, I have tried to log in Garmin Express for the first time and get the message that there is a problem with the servers. I have had this for 2 days. I have not yet been able to use it once. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated as I really want to start using this device to its full potential. Thanks.

    I must admit that I am a little disappointed that no one from Garmin has taken the time to assist me. Please provide assistance as soon as possible. Thanks.

    Thank you, however, none of this has worked. I have attempted to contact support by email in the past on another issue without any response. I have just logged another email support enquiring and hope that this time I get some assistance. In the meantime, if anyone else can assist me, I would be very grateful.
  • You will be better calling rather than e mailing, if none of the solutions here have worked.

    I would love to call them, but with all the countries they had phone numbers for, surprisingly there was no support number for Australia.
