Can not download a workout to my 910

Hi

I prepaired a workout and I want to send it to my 910.
I press the "send to device" button and a window with nothing in it pops up (you can see the attachement) and nothing happens.

What can I do?

Thanks and have a nice day.

I have the same problem. I deleted the device Edge 800 and added it again to Express. Downloading activities with Express works fine but sending workouts to the device does not work. I badly need this function for the next 2 weeks. I manually type in my workouts on the Edge which is really time consuming.

Please explain what happens when you try to send a workout from the Workouts menu in Connect to your device through Garmin Express. This is by no means common so the your experiences might have some valuable information as to what is blocking the call between the web browser's connectagent: and Garmin Express.

Curt - this does appear to be a common problem, I'm suffering from it also (910XT) - workouts created in Garmin Connect are not being transferred to the device. Series of events as follows:

    - Create the workout in Garmin Connect
    - Save the workout in Garmin Connect
    - Click on 'Send to Device'
    - 'Send to Device' pop up displays but the process then stops there (screenshot attached)

I've been through re-installing Garmin Express, removing and re-pairing the device etc but with no luck.

    Thanks

It appears that this is a browser-related issue. I was able to send a workout from your account without experiencing this problem. For everyone that is experiencing this problem, make sure that there is a workout-compatible device on the Device page in Garmin Connect. If there is a device listed and the send workout screen comes up blank, try the following:
    • Disable any unnecessary plug-ins and/or extentions
    • Clear the browser cache: How do I clear my browser's history, cache, and temporary internet files?
    • Try another compatible web browser such as Firefox or Google Chrome

If this does not solve the problem, it would be best to contact Product Support by phone so that we can troubleshoot the problem.
