Can not download a workout to my 910

Hi

I prepaired a workout and I want to send it to my 910.
I press the "send to device" button and a window with nothing in it pops up (you can see the attachement) and nothing happens.

What can I do?

    I am sorry that you are having trouble with Garmin Connect. The reason that you are receiving a blank box is that you do not have a device on your account. In order to send activities using Modern Connect, you will need to pair the device with Garmin Express. To pair the device, please follow the instructions in this FAQ: How do I pair my Garmin ANT-compatible watch with my computer?

    If you have the device paired in Express already, you may need to delete the device from Express and repair it. To delete the device from Express, please follow the instructions here: How do I delete a fitness device from Garmin Express?

    Hi

    I thought about this and deleted and repaired it.
    After repairing I see that Garmin Express connects to the 910 because I see "Transfer" message and progress bar on the 910 but the other way around it does not work.

    This happens in two computers that I have.
    I mostly use Chrome but this also happens on Internet Explorer.
    Is a place in "Garmin Connect" (not Express) where it knows that I have 910?

    I have the same blank box issue.
    I've tried everything, delete device from garmin express and garmin connect, but i have the same issue.
    how do you solve the problem.
    Using windows 7 here.

    I'm sorry but I don't really know.
    I opened this discussion and Jason from Garmin support helped me.
    You can see what I've done through this discussion.
    At one of the stages I deleted the 910 from Garmin Connect and was unable to add it.
    Jason added it for me and this solved the problem.
    If Jason or anyone else does not respond to this or your reply I suggest you open a new discussion and they will help you.

    Your issue is not the same as moshikamits'. Your 910 properly displays as a device in the Devices menu. Your issue sounds like the web browser is not allowing the pop-up windows to work correctly. Please make sure your web browser is up to date and that any security settings are not blocking the use of JavaScript. Try Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome web browser. I changed your password in order to check your connect account and test the Send to Device function on my browser. Please the Forgot link on the Sign in page to reset your password.

  • This is happening to me also. I have removed my device, and then replaced it again using garmin express. My browser (Safari) is up to date. My java script settings are not blocking any function, as far as I can tell. I have tried with chrome and the same thing happens. I have tried with firefox and the same thing also happens. What's the next step?
