Cannot sync my 910xt

For the last couple of weeks, my garmin 910xt will not sync. It says it is syncing, but when I look at the details it shows 20+ entries for 1 6 mile run and times out why trying to sync. How can I fix this?

I am sorry that you are having trouble syncing your Forerunner. Please make sure that Garmin Express is up to date by following the instructions here:
How do I update Garmin Express?

Next, remove the Forerunner 910xt from Garmin Express, restart the computer and then repair the device. To remove the device from Garmin Express, see the FAQ below and choose the option to remove the device from Garmin Connect when prompted:

Hello,

I have the same issue can't sync my Forunner since june 2014.
try with garmin express and don't work. Sync are blocked
