Garmin Express won't send workouts to my Forerunner 410

I can't send workouts to my 410 anymore. It all worked great and I loved the watch before the update, now i can sync my runs but I can't send any custom workouts to it. Another post suggested installing ant agent instead of garmin express, but the website tries to launch garmin express and won't sync through ant agent. Please tell me how to fix this.

i have been having the same issue since october 2014 after my ultra. had to factory reset my watch.

What is the operating system and web browser? There may be be security settings that need to adjusted in the browser.
