Unable to sync zumo 350lm

I have a Zumo 350 lm. But I can not update the maps and even load maps purchased on the Garmin website.

Just when I connect the GPS to the computer (Windows 8) it opens the Garmin Express, but says it has no GPS connected to it ....

Have tested all cables and computer's USB ports, without success.

I already called technical assistance in Brazil and changed the MTP selector without success.

I am very disappointed with the product and also a service center in my country.

Here we go:

1. The cable is suitable, because I have another Garmin GPS (60 CSX) and just test the connection with him and it worked.

2. I tried all the USB ports of my computer and none of them was the recognition of zume 350LM.

3. Device GAMIN still not showing up ....

Then the final part of that FAQ says contact Product Support, so that is your next step.

I've done it .... Simply, after more than 4 hours of contact told me that there's no way help me ...

The only other thing I can suggest is try another PC.
