Garmin 810 wont Sync on Express

My Garmin Edge 810 wont sync using Garmin Express.

I sits and try's but never completes. It works fine with my Forerunner 110.

I've tried removing the device from Garmin Express and reading but no luck.

I can upload manually on the Garmin website and strava without any issues.

Anybody have any ideas?

    If you can manually upload the activities then you have another corrupt file on the Edge. Be sure to delete the activity files from the Edge after you have manually uploaded them. Doing a Master Reset will generally correct corruption issues but it also sets the Edge back to factory settings.

    How do I master reset my Edge 510, 810, 1000, Touring or Touring Plus?

    If you would like to avoid the master reset until it is a last resort, delete any files in the NewFiles and Activities folders along with the the GarminDevice.xml file and the Device.fit from the Garmin folder. Disconnect the Edge and allow it to start up. The Edge will recreate the GarminDevice.xml and the Device.fit files. Try adding the device to Express.

    If it fails then the Master Reset is needed.
