Double MAP installs

I actual keep getting 2 set of double map installs. I have a dual NA+Europe GPS.

Seems like it wants to install the Full coverage map for each, and then tries again for the NUVI Lifetime versions. The order is sometimes different and I am never sure which is installed at the end (assuming some differences). Yes each one does a long download. With both NA and Europe this takes a long time.

Are you choosing the option to install the maps to both the device and the computer? If so, this is normal. Depending on which device you are updating, there may be more content that is installed on the computer than what is on the device so there would be additional files to download after the device is updated. Garmin Express will not download the same files twice.

If you are only updating your device and experiencing this behavior, it would be best to contact Product Support by phone so that we can troubleshoot this.
