Garmin express wont connect or snyc

I have a Garmin edge 200 series and I had to replace a drive in my computer which meant reloading all the software.. I downloaded Garmin express and when I try to sync it it gives me this error. its been this way the last 3 days too.

Never mind.... I figured the problem out.. the date/time was set wrong on my computer.. as soon as that was corrected it synched perfectly.
