Express says FR60 is incompatible.

Today my FR60W, Pink would not upload to express. I removed the device from Express and tried to re-add it. Now it pops up with a message that the device was found but is incompatible with express.

I have been working for about 3 hours to try to resolve this. I am a desktop support IT guy so I know what I am doing and I have literally tried everything I can think of. I can't even list everything I have done to resolve this because it would take me about 15 minutes. Let's just say, short of reinstalling the OS, I have done it all.

Is there something wrong with Express and FR60W right now?

    My Men's FR60 is listed in the Garmin Express logs as "FR60" whereas my Women's is listed as "FR60W PINK,Service"

    Something is wrong.

    The device is showing up as an "ignored device" in the Core Service Settings located at "C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Roaming\Garmin\Core Update Service"

    <IgnoredDevices>
    <IgnoredDevice>
    <UnitID>1231487</UnitID>
    <DeviceType>988</DeviceType>
    <ManufacturerID>1</ManufacturerID>
    <Model>FR60</Model>
    <PairingStatus>PairingOn</PairingStatus>
    </IgnoredDevice>
    </IgnoredDevices>

    Why is this? Even if I take that string out, it just gets recreated when I try to connect the device again.
