Express says 310xt sync is complete....but my data is not on Garmin Connect.

Hi,

I have a Garmin 310xt.

Tried to upload some data today using Express and Express says that the sync is complete and the data can be viewed at Garmin Connect.
But -- it appears the data is not on Garmin Connect.

The Activity still exists on the 310xt.

I don't see any FIT files and I have no Garmin - History or Activity folder (that i can find).

What can I do to get the data uploaded to Connect?
- can i delete some files and then resync since the data is still on the 310xt?
- remove Express and reinstall....?
