Garmin Express (v3.2.21.0) not installing

Hi,

A few weeks ago I bought a Garmin Edge 200 and I have just got round to setting up a profile on Garmin Connect.

I am trying to add my device under the devices section and it asks me to download garmin express. I have done so, however when installing, the installation process has stalled at "Installing VisualCppRedistributablex86". I have tried restarting my laptop, but the installation process stalls at the same point again.

Has anyone else had the same problem, and does anyone have a resolution to this?

There are a few posts on the forums about this problem occurring on Vista machines. Are you running Windows Vista? If so, you might try the instructions posted by Jason here.

Hi Travis, many thanks for your help and the link. this solved my issue & I now have Garmin Express installed.
