I have tried everything in the troubleshooting guide and Express detects my 305 when i plug it into the USB of my PC but rather than automatically sync-ing i have to click the 'sync' button but then it just hangs with the timer spinning and spinning. I have the latest version of Express. I need to uplaod data to Connect.
interestingly I have just closed Connect in Firefox and opened it in IE and my Garmin has just syncd no problem. So this is a browser issue perhaps. Garmin can you tweak Firefox compatibility?
