Activate DLC problem.

I'm trying to download a map and massage show up " Failed to activate DLC on unit with UnitID:xxxxxx1960"
Please advise.

Failed to activate DLC on unit with UnitID:xxxxx7132 (Garmin 3590)

Good Day,

I have a Garmin 3590LMT with maps from the US on it.
I have purchased the City Navigator Southern Africa NT map.
I am unable to upload it due to the following error:
Failed to activate DLC on unit with UnitID:xxxxxx7132

I have tried to install it on the unit as well as the SD card, with no luck.

Your assistance would be appreciated.

I apologize about this, however there is currently a problem with the CN Southern Africa DLC. We are working diligently on getting this resolved asap. I have asked that a private email be sent to each of you once this has been resolved.

Having the same issue, Montana 650 trying to load South Africa maps, hope it gets resolved promptly.
