I am sorry that you are having trouble uploading your data to Connect. Please try the steps in the following FAQ to resolve most issues with syncing data in Garmin Express:
What troubleshooting options can I try when my ANT enabled fitness device will not upload data?

  • I am having the same problem with my FR610. Tried all the "ant troubleshooting guide" without any success !
If i delete the device and try to pair it again, Garmin Express can't find it correctly !!!
    What's next ???

What do you mean that Garmin Express can't find it correctly? Are you getting some kind of error message? If Garmin Express is finding the device but you are getting some kind of server error, please make sure that your date, time and timezone are set correctly on your computer. If Garmin Express does not detect the device at all, make sure that pairing is turned on. If that doesn't help, I would recommend contacting Product Support by phone so that we can troubleshoot your device and/or ANT stick.

  • Error message in attachment.
  • Found the solution, my motherboard battery was dead.
Replaced it, sync clock and bingo.
    It works

    Regards
  • My 610 is being found but is still hanging up.

I don't know where 11/2/2014 data is, not in activities. Thought that it might have to do with Express update on 11/2 but I uninstalled Express then re-installed with same error message

It sounds like the 11/2/2014 file may be corrupt. You can try uploading the file manually by following the instructions here:
    • Sign into Garmin Connect
    • Click the menu button (3 horizontal lines at the top left corner of the web page )
    • Click Activities
    • Click Import
    • Click Choose file or Browse
    • Browse to C:\ProgramData\Garmin\Core Update Service\Sync\[Unit ID]\Upload\FIT_TYPE_4
    • Select activity to be uploaded
    • Click Open
    • Click Upload activities from file

If the file upload fails, the file will need to be deleted as it is corrupt. If the file isn't present, you can force the watch to resend the activity by following the instructions in the FAQ below:
How can I resend my history from my wireless watch to my computer?
