Getting, "There was a problem downloading the update. Please try again. If you continue to experience problems, contact Garmin customer support here:" I've sent an email to the support team but think this may be a problem already discussed, and solved on the forum. BTW running Windows 7 64 bit

Found a work around

I loaded Express on an XP box and the updates worked as designed. What the difference is? I will need to dig deeper.

Might help if you told us which update and what device you have?
