This may have already been discussed so, forgive me if this is a repeat posting. I just purchased a vivofit band. I've set up the mobile application on my iphone and i can sync my band with that but am having trouble with downloading the express to my pc. When I try to download it, I keep getting a "try again' message in the download window. Anyone else have this issue and if so, what, if any fixes are available. Also, how do you reset/erase the information from the bands history so that I can "start from scratch'. Thanks in advance.
