Can't download nüMaps Onetime City Navigator North America NT 2015.20 ...

I'm going to the US next week and I have to get a hire car, so instead of paying for a sat nav I thought I may as well update my own one.

So I paid for "nüMaps Onetime

City Navigator® North America NT 2015.20" and now I have no clue what you have to do to install it.

I have an old nüvi 1340, I did buy a newer one but the screen died when I left it in the glove department for two days :s

I log onto my Garmin account and in the Manage Maps section there is the item I ordered with the link/button called Get Garmin Express.

I click that link (even though I've already got Garmin Express installed) and Garmin Express just loads and lets me know everything is up to date.

It doesn't give me the option to download my map.

I've tried using IE11, Google Chrome & Firefox just to see if a different browser would make a difference.

I've uninstalled Garmin Express and installed a fresh new copy.

I've uninstalled the web plugin and let that be updated.

I just don't know what I'm supposed to do to get this map installed? :-(

I use Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit. All my web browsers have no problems seeing my Garmin device.

Please help

That sounds like you've bought a map update, not the actual map. You'll need to call Garmin, explain what's happened and buy the correct item

I can't see any information about it being an update only.

If it is just an update there really needs to be clear information about that.

I contacted support earlier this morning but not heard anything yet, I guess I won't hear anything until I come back from America in a few weeks :-(

Ah ok now I see.

I went onto the Garmin website and searched for North America.

The first product that came up for me was the one I bought. I looked on the page to see if it was just a map update and I can't see anything about that.

Now when I look at the URL I can see /map-updates/ that is soooooooooooooo unclear :-(

Thanks for posting the correct link.

I'll ask for my money back on the one I bought and I'll have to see if I can afford the other one.
