Hi, last night I purchased 'nüMaps Lifetime

North America Download'

I have a nüvi 2598.

I want to change the map on my device, as i am travelling to America tomorrow! I am having some problems.

This is what i see on the ''My maps'' Tab/section of the website..

nüMaps Lifetime North America Download (Add to device) -drop down box

Add to device has a drop down box. When i select my device in the drop down box it tell me my device is already up to date, and to download garmin express.

I already have an up to date version of express, on express it doesn't show any option for me to change my maps to the American maps which i purchased.

Have i done something wrong, is my device not compatible? it shows in the compatibility lists.

if the case is that i can not change the maps is there an option for a refund?

nuMaps Lifetime (if I understand correctly what you've bought) is a map update, sounds like you didn't have a NA map to 'update'. You need the map itself. Your best bet is to call Garmin, explain the problems and see if they can refund the money for the update so you can buy the NA map.
