I have installed Garmin Express a couple of days ago. Since then, when I transfer activity data after excercise, evrything seems to work fine (no error mesage, the watch shows 'Transferring Data' message and operation seems to come smoothly to an end). However, when I switch to Garmin connect, my activities do not appear on the list and I have to enter them manually as, if I try to synchronize again, there in no data to be transferred (shows that the watch considers the job has been done already). Activities still appear in the history list of the watch ! Anything wrong with the set-up ?
Hi Trish, I have a Forerunner 310XT. Yes I see files in the directory but I have, in the meantime, made a hard reset of the device and it now synchronizes OK. :) Thanks anyway for your help. Gerard
