Garmin Express + Fenix 2 doesn't work properly after re-install

I've reinstalled software - Garmin Express - ver.4.0 on my work PC
I've connected to Garmin Connect account correctly.

When I tried to synchronize my Fenix 2 with software - nothing happens.
Option "Erase Data on this device after sync." doesn't work.
Icon of Fenix2 doesn't show...

But on my home PC after re-install there are no problem.

Could you explain what's wrong ?

    I am sorry that you are having trouble with Garmin Express. I would recommend starting with the basic troubleshooting in the following FAQ:

    Those 2 links help me a lot.
    1. I updated software to latest version 4.0 - see instruction
    2. Fix missed file according to this instruction - for correct synchronization
    ">C:\ProgramData\Garmin\Core Update Service\Sync\....\Upload\FIT_TYPE_4\Date-Custom.fit">C:\ProgramData\Garmin\Core Update Service\Sync\....\Upload\FIT_TYPE_4\Date-Custom.fit

    It works fine after changes :D
