I have had the forerunner 405 for several years and have had no problems. I can upload data using the training centre absolutely fine. What I cannot do is get Garmin express to work. I have downloaded it many times but it never seems to work. As a result I cannot use the new Garmin Connect website if I want to upload data, to do this I have to switch to the old version. Please help! I have spent hours trying to sort it by trawling through forums and even trying to e-mail support.
If you have please explain what you've tried so far, and what you mean by 'Express never seems to work', as the suggestions in that thread should work for you.
I note you've also asked the same question about the FR 305, where Express Customer Care is already trying to help, do you have 2 devices or just the one :confused:
