Failed sync won't re-sync

Yesterday, I had a run that failed to sync from my 310 XT. I can see the run in the history on the watch but it did not make it to the local folder on my hard drive. I have tried to re-sync it and it says there are no new activities to sync. I did another test run and that synced with out a problem. Any ideas as to how I can upload my run?

    If the activity is not being seen in the local folder by Express see FAQ: Where do my activities go on the computer before they are uploaded to Garmin Connect? If the file is there you can try and manually upload it into Express. If the activity has not made it to this folder you may need to resend it by doing a Force send on your watch see FAQ: How can I resend my history from my wireless watch to my computer?
