Ok. I've downloaded Garmin Express Installer, but when I go to install it on Windows 7 (even as administrator), the following window appears:

GarminExpressInstaller.exe - Entry Point Not Found
The procedure entry point Direct3DCreate9Ex could not be
located in the dynamic link library d3d9.dll.

This appears several times, then windows tells me Garmin Express has stopped working.
This makes me sad. Anyone know a solution?
