Can I stop Garmin Express map updates mid session

As the title says, can I stop Garmin Express map downloads mid session and start it again tonight where it will pick up where it left off?
My internet connection is not very fast, downloads are usually around the 30-40 kB/s. I have been downloading the map updates for the last 12 hours are really need to use my computer for other things during the day.

So far, I have 26% downloaded. Many download programs allow continuing after stopping, but does Garmin Express have this facility? I don't want to have to start the download from the beginning again.

Thanks in advance.

If the map update is in the download stage yes you can stop the process midway. If you decide to restart the download Express should verify what was download so it may take a small amount of time time check the files on the computer. Once this is done Express will pick up the download where it was stopped.

    Thanks, Mike.
Where on the computer would I find the download. I was told by Garmin Express to connect my Garmin to my computer and to not disconnect it. Therefore, I thought that the download was going directly to the Garmin and not staying on the computer.

My download speed is currently 25 kB/s (that is, my usual internet speed; any higher is a plus!)

The map update is stored in the following location: C:\ProgramData\Garmin\Core Update Service
ProgramData is a hidden folder so you may need to type the location in the menu bar or make sure hidden files and folder are visible on your computer.
