Ok I was having trouble uploading wit the ant agent using my 310...I called garmin...they had me do a factory restore to the device and download Express on my pc...Now EVERY time I go to up load it says >then 3 hours !!! Are you kidding me ????? Im about ready to send this back....if you keep quitting it and restarting it will finally work and upload in about 10 seconds....there HAS to be a better way and the techs at Garmin dont seem to know anything

If you were previously uploading data with the ANT Agent and had started having trouble after installing Garmin Express, delete the device from Express then clean up the left over ANT Agent data. Master reset the device again then pair the device with Express again and your uploads should resume.

    1. Delete the contents of the C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Roaming\Garmin\Devic es\
    1. Press the Windows Key + R key together
    2. Type this exactly, %Appdata%
    3. Click OK
    4. Open the Garmin folder
    5. Open the Devices folder
    6. Delete the numbered folder (unit id of the fitness device)

    2. Restart the computer

    3. Master Reset the 310XT one more time.

    4. Pair the device and create a couple of short 1 min test activities.

There are a few cases where setting Garmin Express to delete the activities from the watch after a successful upload removes activities that keep uploading even though they are no longer in the History menu on the watch.

    1. Choose the 310XT from the drop down menu
    2. Click the Device menu
    3. Scroll down to the Garmin Connect Account section
    4. Check the box for, Erase data on this device after successfully syncing

Let Express finish the sync, even if it says 3 hrs. Future syncs should just be the new activities.

If you continue to have troubles I suggest you contact us by phone: http://www.garmin.com/us/support/
