Cannot connect 305 to new Garmin Connect

Hi,

Sorry if this has already been answered but have spent a while looking and not found anything to help. I cannot sync my Forerunner 305 with the new Garmin Connect. It works fine with the old version but not the new. I have downloaded Garmin express several times and tried to run with it but keep going around in circles. Any advice is greatly appreciated,

Can you explain what you go through when you try to add the device to Express? Please make sure the Forerunner 305 software is up to date using the Garmin WebUpdater

If you can get all the activities uploaded through the Connect Classic view then you might try a master reset but this would be a last resort. Adding the device to Express on another computer would give us more information if that is an option for you?

How do I perform a reset on my Forerunner 305, 205, 301, 201 or 101?
