Garmin - Did you test 3.2.17 or are we testing it for you?

Came in from a workout, and another update has been applied. Pretty typical ... its broke again. Cant find my devices and I cant get my training transferred to my coach.
I have disabled and re-enabled pairing and it is enabled, checked my usb device, ok in device manager watch is right by laptop - no go.

This is becoming so unreliable.
really getting tired of this.

    Version 3.2.17 is 2 versions out of date. 3.2.19 is the latest version of Garmin Express. If Express is having trouble locating the 310XT, delete it from Express then pair and sync it with your connect account again. If you have to pair with Express each time to transfer data then complete the 3 steps below.

    1. Delete the device from Express. How do I delete a fitness device from Garmin Express?

    2. Master Reset the device. How do I reset my Forerunner 910XT and 310XT?

    3. Pair the 310XT and Sync with your existing account.

    Unfortunately Master Reset are necessary at times.

    Curt so there must be problems with the updater? I have clicked check for updates several times. Look my background is in IT. .. I don't want to be a jerk but when I train my @ss off and come home and the things I need don't work ESPECIALLY for what they cost, it is VERY frustrating. You guys broke the Garmin 510 phone synch and reply with a half ass solution that breaks again. Now the most reliable watch 910 is now broke. I purchased the 620 and the Fenix 2 .. all would NEVER reliably work.So If I seem a bit mad, Im sure you can understand why now.

    PLEASE, tell development to slow down and test your stuff. I'm tired of being your beta tester.


  • Express thinks I have the latest version. Something is wrong with the updater service based on your last comment that im 2 versions behind. Again more testing should be done.
