I can't figure out why I should use Garmin Express since every time there is a problem with updates I am told by Garmin Support to use the Garmin Web Updater and it works. Why not just use the Garmin Web Updater and forget about the problems with Garmin Express?
Well Express does far more than simply update software, which is all that WebUpdater does. But there are still some legacy devices that appear to struggle with Express. Which device do you have?
when I try to do an update using Express, on ocation it fails. I email support and they always come back with use the updater. I have even talked to a person on the phone when something failed to update using Express and she told me to use updater. Express didn't work but when I used updater it always worked.
