Garmin express tragedy

Why i can export from my forerunner 410 activity to garmin connect , but i can't export from garmin connect to my forerunner 410?
garmin express update , forerunner 410 no in save mode , when garmin express start immediatly say that can'export , but start to import!!!!!! Why???

I am sorry for the troubles. It sounds like there is corrupt files hung up somewhere. I recommend you delete the device from Garmin Express and Garmin Connect, clean up any old ANT Agent files then add it to Express and sync with your existing account.

1. Please remove the device from Express, choose to Remove it from Garmin Connect as well. This will not delete any activities already uploaded but it will clear the Sync menu in Connect. FAQ: How do I delete a fitness device from Garmin Express?

2. Delete any remnants of the 410 from the computer.

1. Delete the contents of the C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Roaming\Garmin\Devic es\
2. Press the Windows Key + R key together
3. Type this exactly, %Appdata%
4. Click OK
5. Open the Garmin folder
6. Open the Devices folder
7. Delete the numbered folder (unit id of the fitness device)

3. Pair the device with Express and sync with your existing account again. Make sure you enable pairing on the 410.

Once the sync is complete you can return to the Courses or Workouts menu in Modern and send the item in question.
