Garmin Express does not sync

Hi

I tried to upload my training with Garmin Express. It fails with a message like (I'm translating) Device cannot be synchronised. Try again later.
Is something wrong with Garmin infrastructure?

Edit at 20.07CET - in this forum post https://forums.garmin.com/showthread.php?142696-Fenix-2-Not-Syncing-Swim-Workout/page2 I learned that it might be specific for swimming.
