Sync error express and edge 800

]This is driving me mad!

Everyday I get activity error 09/03/2014.

I can't find this file anywhere, its not on my Edge, or my PC or in connect?

Please can anyone offer any help with this error, I did try to attach a screenshot, but I couldn't get that to work either!

  • This error indicates that there is a corrupt activity on your Edge 800. Please follow these instructions:
    • Connect your Edge 800 to your computer
    • Press the Windows key + E
    • Double-click the Garmin Edge 800 drive
    • Double-click the Garmin folder
    • Double-click the Activities folder
    • Delete the file out of this folder with the file name that begins with 2014-09-03-14-18*


    *If you do not see this file, clear the entire contents of this folder after verifying all of the activities have been uploaded already. You can save a copy of them on your computer if you would like.

    If you are still receiving this error, please remove the device from Express, restart the computer and then add the device back to Express again. To remove the device from Garmin Express, follow the instructions in the article below:
