Middle East and North Africa 2015.10 - Installation Error

Hi,
Will someone please help me out? I'm having a problem activating the Middle East and North Africa 2015.10 map ().

My device is Nuvi 50 with Middle East and North Africa lifetime map.

There have been a few issues with this double map setup, generally due to an issue with the relevant Garmin account. Hopefully one of the Express team will be along shortly and should be able to resolve this for you.

Ok I just tried again after doing a reset of the device and using another USB cable and this time it worked.

Thanks WBROCKHOVEN. I'll resort to that if that's the only option; I have a working map right now and I don't want to risk losing it (considering that I can't install the new one!).

I'm using the GPS more often these days.
