Expresstray.exe entry point not found

On PC start up I get a window with the following error.

The procedure entry point I_RpcBindingSetPrivateOption could not be located in the dynamic link library RPCRT4.DLL. ExpressTray is set to start on boot and I also get this error if I try to start Garmin Express from the desktop.

Anyone have a clue how to fix this problem?

In this situation, I would recommend running a repair on the Microsoft.NET Framework. To repair the Microsoft.NET Framework, run Microsoft's .NET Framework Repair Tool:
