Garmin Express: no ANT detected

Hi and sorry for my poor English.
Up to 2 weeks ago, my Garmin Forerunner 310XT works well with Garmin ANT via Express.
Then, no longer worked. I have deleted and reinstalled Garmin Express, but my Garmin Forerunner is not detected either by ANT or USB port.
Do you have suggestions?

Hi I have the same problem after running a local club 10km today and really want to get the data onto Garmin Express and Strava, but Ant USB is no longer recognised. I have a 910XT and that's not recognised. Very frustrating. I'm sure this is related to the migration to Garmin Express. Garmin any suggestions?

I just migrated to Garmin Express and my 305 will not pick up by my computer (via USB) when I try to import workouts.
I wonder if this issue is similarly related?
