When having problems with purchased downloadable content a quicker resolution is to contact your local Garmin customer support or email using this link: https://support.garmin.com/support/sw/escalateForm ; even though the offices are not open on the weekends the issue may be resolved quicker for you by those means.
Having said that, we are aware of the Southern Africa DLC map having a problem and are working to get it resolved asap.
