Problem with vivofit

Hello, I have problems with my activation Vivofit with the software "express Garmin V.3.2.18.0" I am running Windows 7 Pro / 64 and by downloading this software, I still have this message "failure" again! !! and also in administrator mode !!! Thus the Vivofit is always starting connection-!!! Garmin Ant Agent works and connect too. I do not have a new Smartphone with Bluetooth 4 Löw energy trying to make configuration.de departure. Too bad, I was planning to buy a new GPS but with this case I gave up !!! Maybe you know this and that person.
