I am having issues uploading activities from my Edge 800 to Garmin Connect. Some activities upload and others do not. I am able to upload to Strava so I am not sure if it is a corrupt file issue. I uninstalled Garmin Express and re-installed. It connects to my edge 800 fine and syncs all files except the same 2 and one is the latest from yesterday. Please help! Thanks.
If it is a particular activity that is not being uploaded using Garmin Express you are probably correct in that it is somehow corrupt. I would suggest a manual upload into Garmin Connect and then delete it from the device.
Trish, I tried the manual upload by locating the fit file in the Garmin/activities folder but I get an error message. Is there a way to fix this or fix the file. It uploads ok to Strava. Thanks.
