Activities not uploading (PC win 8.1pro / garmin express)

My activities look to have transferred from the 310XT to the PC but will not upload to Garmin Connect.

They are all just showing as 'waiting to upload' in express.

there is one strange activity that shows my weight changes in 1989 - which I'm sure it did but I certainly didnt own a Garmin then - could this be causing a problem?

Any help massivly appreciated to I can review my last few races & sessions on Connect - i don't want to lose them!

  • exited express & turned off watch & started again to be sure..

now hung on this screen going no-where... HELP :)

  • I'm having the same issue. It takes many, many attempts before it finally gets uploaded. First x times it tells No device found (try again), then, if I'm in luck, it finally is uploading. And this every time again. With ant agent my activities were always transferred directly to Garmin Connect, with express, I'm having this problems from the beginning.

I would first recommend following the instructions in the following FAQ to resolve most issues with Garmin Express:
What should I do if I'm having issues with the Garmin Express client?

It also appears on your screenshot that there may be one or more corrupt activities on your watch. Unless there is another reason that there are several activities that start at the exact same time, I would recommend deleting these activities that show up multiple times in your screenshot off of the watch to solve the problem.

  • This problem is driving me nuts. (same as above with a 1989 weight trying to be transferred and same screens as CHEEKYMONKEY). Anyone resolve it? How do I delete the 'corrupt activity' of a weight update from 1989?

I am sorry that you are having trouble syncing your watch. The weight data is not a corrupt activity. Garmin Express displays this date because the weight data file does not contain a date. If you are having issues syncing, it is not likely caused by this file. Please make sure that Garmin Express is up to date by following the instructions in this FAQ: How do I update Garmin Express?

If this does not solve the problem, please delete the device from Garmin Express, restart the computer and then pair the device to Express again. To delete the device from Garmin Express, follow the instructions in the FAQ below:
