Garmin Express sees device but I can't add it.

Greetings everyone. I have a nuvi 50LM that I am trying to register. I am using the newest garmin express. The software properly identifies my unit and serial number however the option to "Add device" is faded out and I am unable to select it. Ignore still works fine though.

    Usually when I see that the Add device button is faded out, it is due to an internet connectivity problem. The following FAQ is intended for download issues, but the same steps can be followed to solve these types of issues:
