Cannot login with garmin express

Hi,

I am very frustrating, I cannot login with my credentials in Garmin Express. Please see the attached debug log.

In fact the login works perfectly via web, but garmin express is prohibiting my login - so i cannot sync any data. :mad:

    The most common cause of this error in Garmin Express is an incorrect time or time zone setting on your computer. To set the time and time zone:
    • Right-click the clock on the lower right-hand corner of the taskbar
    • Click Adjust date/time
    • Click Change time zone...
    • Set the time zone
    • Click OK
    • Click Change date and time
    • Adjust the clock to the correct setting
    • Click OK
    • Click OK again to close the Date and Time settings window

    Hi,
    I am having the same/similar problem in that every time I try to login, it conducts a redirect loop and says that the cas failed to load. I am quite frustrated as this is the feature that I bought the watch for. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I should add that I have a mac and that my time zone etc is set automatically and is most definitely correct.

    Since you have a mac please post your query in the Express mac section.

    Sync now do nothing ! The "clock" starts moving but no sync.

    Merry Christmas to us! Just received this for Christmas and I've spent most of Christmas morning trying to get past the Redirect Loop error. So far I'm very disappointed with this product and am very tempted to give it a bad review on Amazon. I've cleared my cache. I've made sure my clock is set. I've scanned for viruses and malware. My wife and I both got a matching set. At first it was just me that was having a problem. She got in fine at first. But now we're both locked out of the online features that make this watch so valuable. So far a failure.

    You can only have one vivosmart per Garmin Connect account. Currently you have one vivosmart associated with two different accounts. I left the vivosmart serial number ending in 407 associated with this Connect account and removed it from the other account. If you have trouble, delete both the vivosmarts from Express and Connect then add them again to the separate accounts.
