I'm trying to upload workouts from a training plan into my 310XT, but whenever I sync, all I get is "Error" (no other information). I've tried this on 2 different computers, and I still get the same problem. Anyone else have this issue?
I recommend removing the 310XT from Express and Garmin Connect then adding it back? It may be that some corrupt data was created when building all the separate workout files for Express. Use the instructions in the FAQ: How do I delete a fitness device from Garmin Express? Choose the option to delete the 310XT from Connect. This will not remove any activities that you have uploaded but it will clear the Training Plan workouts in the Sync menu. You can add the Training Plan to the Calendar again once the Sync is successful.
Hello I have the same issue. I did what was said above but it did not change anything See screen shot
I must say that I was using ANT agent and did not want to upgrade to Express at all, but ANT agent stopped working after i reinstalled Training Center, hence the migration to express...
Are you sending the single workout from the Workouts menu in Connect? The screenshot shows a workout sent from Connect to the device is causing the sync error. You may have to delete the workout from the Sync menu in Connect then recreate it.
Hello Curt I value direct inputs from Garmin's employees. Yes it was a try to send a single workout (brand new and developped from scratch btw). Before reding your reply I had taken the decision to erase all files related to this 310XT on my PC, disconnect the device from Xpress and GC, and do a hard reset. Once done, the workout transfered OK. We'll see now how it goes from here Best regards
