I imagine almost no one wants Garmin Express to load win windows. That is extremely annoying. Most people are going to take the easiest action and remove the program until the next time they use it, which is few and far between. Infrequently used apps that run constantly are a form of bloatware boarding on malware. It's an egregious practice and it needs to stop. If we need to use it we can run it like any other program and shut it off when we are done.
