FR60 sync failure

Can't go a week without a problem, it seems.
Express is up to date. FR60. Windows 7 64.
Express says sync was successful today, but activity doesn't show up in Connect. Tried manual upload of file, which did make it to the computer, but it just says 'uploading' forever and doesn't do anything.
Any suggestions?

    That would normally suggest possible corrupt data in the activity file. I suggest you use the History -->Transfer All menu on the FR60 to send the activity again. This will create a new activity file and hopefully correct the issue.

  • Thanks Curt. Tried that. Didn't work. Syncs ok, but nothing shows up. On the watch, all the data for the run is there - mile by mile, etc.

    Just tried creating a short workout and synced and it worked, so it must be that file. Any idea how or why that would happen?

    One more note. I deleted all the .FIT files from my PC. When I transfer all, no new files are created. If I make a new workout, it syncs fine.
