Can't Download Workout to 410 any longer

Tried to download a work-out to the Garmin 410 today. (both classic & new). When Garmin Express is launched it uploads from the watch but never sends the work-out.

I have no idea where the work-out is stored on my computer or how to force Garmin Express to send me the file (the interface is sadly lacking)

Any ideas?
