Forerunner 305 and Garmin Express 3.2.17.0

Since the new release of Garmin Express has been installed on my PC (OS Windows 7 Home Premium) the uploading of data from my Garmin 305 is impossible. Garmin Express does not recognize the device.
I've seen in the Control panel that both previous release (3.2.9.0) and the new one are present.
I've tried to uninstall them but it was impossible.
I've already contacted the italian service with no reply so far.
Can sombody help me or give me some explanation?

Just guessing here.

Did you follow the instructions in this link?

Also, it is possible that Express did not install properly. Try re-installing the program with a fresh download and then maybe it will uninstall.

Hi Don,
I followed the instructions but when I click Uninstall, a panel (with on the top the Garmin Express v.3.2.17.0 Logo) appears stating (in Italian) "Not possible. Try again?" and nothing happens until you exit the panel.
I've also tryed to re-install the program freshly downloaded but again, when I try install it the same panel as before appears.
Italian Garmin support could not help me so far.

Hello GP,

First....boot up your computer in "Safe Mode" and try using "Add/Remove Programs".

If that does not work search Google with "garmin express removal tool". There are lots of possibilities.
