Garmin Edge 500 with Garmin Express Issues

Hi,

I am unable to connect/link my Garmin Edge 500 with Garmin Express. I get the following message;

Device Found
Edge 500
Serial Number: (No serial shown)
There was a problem communicating with the Garmin servers. Please try again later.

The only option is to ignore or Scan Again.

I have run the web updater and it confirms my edge the latest version.

Running Windows 7.

Any suggestions?
