sorry its been a couple days since you posted and no reply. If you are still having a problem it could be caused by a few different issues. Are you using the current 3.2.17 client? Are you trying to upload to Garmin Connect or download from GC to the unit?
Is the 705 on the most current unit software, 3.30?
