I downloaded the new maps to my Nav V yesterday via Express with no problem. I decided to download the new map to my computer as well to make using Basecamp easier. I plug in my GPS, Express starts right up, I go to Reinstall Maps and the Advanced Options and choose Computer Only. It starts working and just sits there spinning away but nothing ever happens. What am I doing wrong???
Windows 7 if that matters.
