Did anyone bother to QA the update - returning product for refund and moving to TomTom I think
This is not really a Garmin Express per-say issue. This is more a device specific issue related to a possible firmware update. I have not heard of any similar issue to what you are describing after a firmware update. Since this Forum is mainly for Express related questions I am not familiar with individual device specific questions. I wasn't able to locate a Nuvi 2599 that we manufacture. Are you referring to a Nuvi 2597 or maybe our Europe specific device like a 2596?
The issue you are describing, is it happening too all voices in the same language or only with a specific voice selection?
